Planting seeds
On Tuesday morning Julia brought in the seeds that had come out of the pine cone she had collected in Aumtun. We decided we would plant the seeds and see what would happen. Múinteoir Karmel
came into the class to lend us her expertise in planting the seeds. We planted the seeds in cotton wool with water, in soil and in water. The children have been predicting which seeds they think will grow. We also recorded what we did and what we think will happen in our SESE copies.

Anti-Bullying Week
During this term the children in 1st, 2nd,
3rd and 4th class had
Anti- Bullying Week. The children engaged in assembly
every day and created wonderful art work displaying all that they had learnt.
The children memorised the slogan SAY NO, GET AWAY and TELL. We are very proud of all the children for the big effort
they put in.
